Terms & Conditions
AfterBeam Terms of Service
Effective Date: August 21, 2026 Last Updated: August 21, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of AfterBeam, including its websites, applications, livestreaming services, creator tools, media hosting, messaging, community features, subscriptions, purchases, and related services (collectively, the "Services").
AfterBeam is operated by Starstruck Digital Entertainment, LLC ("AfterBeam," "Starstruck Digital Entertainment, LLC," "we," "us," or "our").
By creating an account, accessing, or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and any policies incorporated into them, including our Privacy Policy and applicable community or content guidelines. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
- Eligibility and Age Requirements
You must be at least 16 years old to create an AfterBeam account or use the Services.
If you are 16 or 17 years old, you may use only portions of the Services made available to users under 18. Where required by applicable law, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has authorized your use of the Services and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.
Certain creator, payment, verification, or other features may require you to be 18 years of age or older.
AfterBeam is not intended for children under 16. If we determine that an account belongs to a person under 16, the account may be immediately disabled or deleted.
- NSFW and 18+ Areas
Certain AfterBeam creator sites, channels, streams, pages, or other content areas may be designated "NSFW," "Not Safe for Work," "Mature," "18+," or by a similar label.
NSFW-designated areas are accessible only to users who are at least 18 years old.
Users under 18 must not access, attempt to access, view, follow, subscribe to, interact with, or otherwise use an NSFW-designated area. Users may not falsify their date of birth, use another person's account, create an alternate account, bypass an age gate, interfere with age-verification controls, or use any other method to obtain access for which they are not eligible.
A user found to have intentionally violated or attempted to circumvent these age restrictions will be permanently suspended from AfterBeam and other services operated by Starstruck Digital Entertainment, LLC. We may retain information reasonably necessary to prevent repeated attempts to evade such enforcement.
We may require age or identity verification at any time when reasonably necessary to enforce these requirements, protect users, prevent fraud, or comply with law.
- Mature and Sexually Suggestive Content
AfterBeam is not an adult entertainment or pornography service.
Creators who are 18 years of age or older may, in areas properly designated as NSFW, publish limited non-explicit mature or sexually suggestive content. Examples may include revealing clothing, lingerie, swimwear, non-nude boudoir-style material, suggestive posing or dancing, romantic or sexual themes, innuendo, or other material that may not be appropriate for a workplace or users under 18.
Such content must remain non-explicit. The following are prohibited anywhere on AfterBeam:
Visible genitals or anus; exposed nipples; full or explicit nudity; sexual intercourse or penetration; oral sex; masturbation; explicit sexual touching; use of sex toys in a sexual manner; depictions of sexual fluids; real or simulated explicit sexual acts; pornography; sexual fetish services; sexual services, escorting, prostitution, or solicitation; adult live-chat services; sexually explicit pay-per-view activity; or content primarily created, offered, sold, commissioned, or exchanged for the purpose of sexual gratification.
Clothing, body paint, camera angles, censor bars, blurring, sheer material, or other techniques may not be used to evade these restrictions when prohibited anatomy or explicit sexual activity remains visible or clearly depicted.
AfterBeam determines in its reasonable discretion whether content is suggestive, explicit, pornographic, or otherwise prohibited. Content may be removed, age-restricted, demonetized, disabled, or referred for further action.
- Absolute Protection of Minors
Any sexualization, exploitation, grooming, or endangerment of a person under 18 is strictly prohibited.
This prohibition includes sexual or suggestive images of minors; requests for sexual content involving minors; sexualized roleplay involving minors; "ageplay" involving a person represented as a minor; grooming; sextortion; trafficking; child sexual abuse material; or attempts to obtain, distribute, link to, conceal, normalize, or facilitate such material.
This rule applies whether the content is real, fictional, illustrated, animated, digitally altered, or generated using artificial intelligence where prohibited by law or these Terms.
We may immediately remove such content, permanently suspend associated accounts, preserve relevant information, and make reports to appropriate authorities or organizations where required or appropriate.
- User Accounts and Security
You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and safeguarding your login credentials.
You may not share, sell, rent, transfer, or provide your account to another person for the purpose of bypassing restrictions, enforcement actions, verification requirements, or account eligibility.
You are responsible for activity occurring through your account unless caused by circumstances reasonably outside your control. Notify AfterBeam promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
We may require additional authentication, verification, or security measures before allowing access to an account or particular feature.
- User Content
"User Content" means video, audio, music, livestreams, images, artwork, messages, comments, descriptions, metadata, and other material submitted to or through the Services.
You retain ownership of your User Content, subject to the rights granted in these Terms.
By submitting User Content, you grant Starstruck Digital Entertainment, LLC and AfterBeam a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, process, transcode, format, distribute, transmit, display, perform, promote, and otherwise use that content as reasonably necessary to operate, improve, secure, promote, and provide the Services.
This license ends when the relevant content is deleted from our active systems, except to the extent continued retention is reasonably necessary for backups, legal compliance, dispute resolution, security, enforcement, or content previously shared outside our control.
You represent that you own or have all rights, licenses, permissions, and consents necessary to submit your User Content and grant the rights described above.
- Prohibited Content and Conduct
You may not use AfterBeam to create, upload, stream, distribute, promote, solicit, or facilitate content or activity that:
Is illegal or facilitates illegal conduct; Violates the rights of another person; Infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other intellectual-property rights; Contains malware, credential theft, phishing, malicious code, or unauthorized surveillance; Promotes or facilitates fraud, scams, identity theft, impersonation, or deceptive commercial practices; Threatens, stalks, harasses, doxxes, blackmails, or exploits another person; Promotes unlawful violence or credible threats of violence; Promotes terrorism or violent extremist activity; Facilitates human trafficking or sexual exploitation; Contains prohibited sexual or explicit content; Sexualizes or exploits minors; Distributes private intimate material without consent; Encourages self-harm or suicide in a manner that creates a material safety risk; Sells or facilitates prohibited or unlawful goods or services; Manipulates engagement, viewers, followers, advertisements, payments, or platform metrics; Attempts to evade a suspension, ban, geographic restriction, age restriction, or other enforcement measure; Interferes with the Services, servers, APIs, security controls, or other users; Scrapes, harvests, or collects information through unauthorized automated means; or Uses AfterBeam in a manner that we reasonably determine creates legal, security, financial, reputational, or operational risk.
- Creator Responsibilities
Creators are responsible for the content they publish and for accurately applying any required content ratings, warnings, categories, and NSFW designations.
A creator must be at least 18 to publish content intended for an NSFW-designated area.
Creators may not intentionally mislabel mature content, encourage underage users to access restricted material, direct users to prohibited sexual services, or use external links to circumvent AfterBeam's content rules.
Creators are also responsible for obtaining necessary rights for music, footage, artwork, trademarks, performances, guests, and other material appearing in their content.
- Payments, Purchases, Subscriptions, and Creator Earnings
AfterBeam may offer subscriptions, memberships, digital purchases, tips, creator earnings, or other paid features.
Prices, billing periods, taxes, fees, renewal terms, and applicable cancellation information will be disclosed at or before purchase.
Unless otherwise required by law or expressly stated at purchase, completed purchases of digital content or services may be non-refundable once delivered, accessed, or consumed.
Recurring subscriptions continue until canceled. Cancellation prevents future renewal but generally does not retroactively refund the current billing period unless required by law.
We may withhold, reverse, offset, delay, or decline payments where reasonably necessary to investigate fraud, chargebacks, policy violations, unlawful activity, sanctions, verification issues, or payment disputes.
Creators may not use monetization features to sell or receive payment for prohibited content, sexual services, illegal goods or services, peer-to-peer money transmission, or transactions unrelated to legitimate content or creator activity.
- Intellectual Property
AfterBeam, its software, branding, logos, interface, designs, trademarks, and other platform materials are owned by or licensed to Starstruck Digital Entertainment, LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
These Terms do not grant you ownership of any AfterBeam or Starstruck Digital Entertainment, LLC intellectual property.
You may not copy, reverse engineer, sell, license, distribute, or create derivative works from protected portions of the Services except where expressly permitted by law or written authorization.
- Copyright Complaints
AfterBeam respects intellectual-property rights and may remove or disable material alleged to infringe copyright or other rights.
Repeat infringers may have their accounts permanently suspended.
Copyright complaints should identify the protected work, the allegedly infringing material, sufficient information to locate it, the complainant's contact information, and a good-faith statement that the disputed use is not authorized by the rights holder, its agent, or law.
- Moderation and Enforcement
AfterBeam and Starstruck Digital Entertainment, LLC may review, restrict, age-gate, demonetize, remove, disable, preserve, or refuse to distribute content when we reasonably believe it violates these Terms, applicable policies, law, or creates material risk to the Services or our users.
We may issue warnings, restrict features, temporarily suspend accounts, permanently terminate accounts, prevent new account creation, or take other reasonable enforcement measures.
Enforcement decisions may consider the severity of conduct, context, previous violations, attempts to evade enforcement, user safety, legal requirements, and platform risk.
We are not required to host, distribute, restore, or preserve User Content indefinitely.
- Suspension and Termination
You may stop using AfterBeam at any time.
Starstruck Digital Entertainment, LLC may suspend, restrict, or terminate access when you violate these Terms; create safety, legal, security, financial, or operational risk; fail required verification; engage in fraud or abuse; or where continued service is not reasonably practicable.
Serious violations may result in immediate permanent termination without prior warning.
Where permitted by law, account termination may also result in loss of access to associated content, usernames, subscriptions, creator tools, or other features.
Provisions that by their nature should survive termination, including ownership, intellectual-property, payment, indemnification, limitations of liability, and dispute provisions, will survive.
- Changes to the Services
Starstruck Digital Entertainment, LLC may add, modify, suspend, discontinue, or replace AfterBeam features at any time.
We do not guarantee that any particular feature, creator, stream, content item, URL, username, application, integration, or Service will remain available indefinitely.
We may impose reasonable limits on storage, bandwidth, streaming, uploads, API usage, or other resources.
- Third-Party Services
The Services may contain links to, integrations with, or content from third parties.
Starstruck Digital Entertainment, LLC and AfterBeam do not control and are not responsible for third-party services, content, policies, availability, security, or transactions. Your use of a third-party service may be governed by separate terms.
- Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided "as is" and "as available."
Starstruck Digital Entertainment, LLC disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, and error-free operation to the extent such warranties may legally be disclaimed.
We do not guarantee that content will always be available, that livestreams will be uninterrupted, that data will never be lost, or that every harmful or policy-violating user or item of content will be identified immediately.
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot legally be excluded.
- Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Starstruck Digital Entertainment, LLC and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, business interruption, or damages arising from unauthorized access to or use of the Services.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from or relating to the Services or these Terms will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid directly to AfterBeam during the six months preceding the event giving rise to the claim or $100 USD.
These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law.
- Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Starstruck Digital Entertainment, LLC, its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and service providers from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, judgments, costs, and reasonable legal fees arising from your User Content, your violation of these Terms, your violation of applicable law, or your infringement of another person's rights.
- Governing Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Unless another forum is required by applicable law or separately agreed in writing, disputes arising from these Terms or the Services will be brought in the state or federal courts having jurisdiction in Fulton County, Georgia, and you consent to their personal jurisdiction.
- Law Enforcement and Legal Requests
Starstruck Digital Entertainment, LLC will comply with valid requests from law enforcement agencies, courts, government authorities, and other authorized entities where required by applicable law.
Such requests may include subpoenas, search warrants, court orders, preservation requests, emergency disclosure requests, or other lawful legal process.
Where legally permitted, Starstruck Digital Entertainment, LLC may disclose account information, subscriber information, transaction records, communications, content, IP addresses, access logs, or other information reasonably necessary to respond to a valid legal request.
We may preserve information when required by law or upon receipt of a valid preservation request. In an emergency involving a credible risk of death, serious physical injury, exploitation of a minor, or another significant threat to public safety, we may provide information to appropriate authorities where permitted by law.
Starstruck Digital Entertainment, LLC reserves the right to review, narrow, challenge, or reject requests we reasonably believe are invalid, unlawful, overly broad, improperly issued, or outside the requesting party's authority.
Where legally permitted and appropriate, we may notify affected users. We may withhold notice where prohibited by law, court order, or where notice could compromise an investigation, create a safety risk, or compromise the integrity of the Services.
- Changes to These Terms
Starstruck Digital Entertainment, LLC may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to the Services, our policies, legal requirements, or business practices.
The updated Terms become effective on the date stated in the revised version. Where required by law or where changes are material, we may provide additional notice.
Continued use of the Services after revised Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.
- General Terms
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later.
You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without our written consent. Starstruck Digital Entertainment, LLC may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, sale of assets, or transfer of the Services.
These Terms, together with policies incorporated by reference, constitute the agreement between you and Starstruck Digital Entertainment, LLC regarding your use of AfterBeam and the Services.
