AfterBeam is a live-streaming, video, music, and content creator platform operated by Starstruck Digital Entertainment, LLC ("AfterBeam," "we," "us," or "our").
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you use AfterBeam websites, applications, creator tools, streaming services, and related services (collectively, the "Services").
AfterBeam does not sell your personal information.

Authentication Information
AfterBeam uses Auth0 by Okta for authentication and account security.
Auth0 may process information such as your email address, username, login activity, authentication tokens, IP address, device information, security information, and multi-factor authentication data.
Streaming and Content Information
When you upload, stream, watch, or interact with content, we may collect or process information such as videos and audio, livestreams, music and associated metadata, upload information, playback information, viewer and engagement information, stream duration, visibility settings, chat and community activity, and moderation or enforcement information.
Content you designate as public may be accessible to anyone, including people without an AfterBeam account.
Automatically Collected Information
When you use AfterBeam, we and our service providers may automatically collect information such as your IP address, browser and device information, operating system, approximate location derived from your IP address, referring pages, pages and content viewed, search and interaction activity, session information, dates and times of access, diagnostic information, cookie identifiers, and similar technical information.

- Meta for Business Pixel
AfterBeam uses the Meta for Business Pixel and related technologies to measure advertising performance and understand how users interact with our Services.
Meta technologies may process information such as browser or cookie identifiers, IP address, device information, pages visited, referral information, advertising interactions, and activity associated with marketing campaigns.
AfterBeam does not sell personal information for monetary compensation.

- Payments
AfterBeam uses Stripe to process payments.
When you make a purchase, subscription payment, or other transaction, Stripe may process information including your name, payment information, billing information, email address, transaction details, IP address, device information, and fraud-prevention information.
AfterBeam receives transaction information necessary to process purchases, manage subscriptions, issue refunds, provide support, handle disputes, maintain financial records, and prevent fraud.
We do not normally receive your complete payment card number.

AfterBeam may require age or identity verification for certain accounts, purchases, creator features, or restricted functionality.
We may use Stripe to provide age or identity verification services.
Depending on the verification method, Stripe may request information directly from you.
AfterBeam may receive information such as verification status, age or eligibility status, whether verification was successful, risk or fraud results, and other information provided through the verification service.
We use verification information for legitimate purposes including protecting minors, preventing fraud, enforcing age restrictions, protecting account security, and complying with applicable law.

AfterBeam uses third-party companies to help operate the Services.

We may add, replace, or remove service providers as AfterBeam changes.

Public Information
Information you intentionally make public through AfterBeam may be visible to others.
This may include public profiles, display names, avatars, videos, livestreams, music, channel information, public playlists, comments, and public chat messages.
Information made public may be copied or shared by others outside AfterBeam.

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.
Retention periods may depend on account status, type of information, security requirements, fraud prevention, accounting and taxation requirements, legal obligations, dispute resolution, and enforcement of our agreements.
Some information may remain temporarily in backups after deletion from active systems.
Third-party providers may maintain information according to their own retention policies.

You may delete certain content or account information through available AfterBeam features.
You may also contact us to request deletion of eligible personal information.
We may retain certain information when necessary to complete transactions, maintain financial records, prevent fraud, prevent abuse, protect platform security, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, comply with legal obligations, or establish or defend legal claims.
Deleting your AfterBeam account may not remove copies of information previously shared or copied outside our Services.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your personal information, including the right to request access, request correction, request deletion, request a portable copy of certain information, object to or restrict certain processing, withdraw consent where applicable, opt out of targeted advertising, opt out of certain sharing, limit certain uses of sensitive information where applicable, and appeal certain privacy decisions where required by law.
We may need to verify your identity before completing a privacy request.
